How it works

  • How you opt in: you send a text message to (620) 374-9080. Sending that text is your consent to receive our replies. Or, when you call (620) 374-9080, you may say yes when our phone assistant asks: “Would you like our team to reply to you by text message at this number? By saying yes, you agree to receive customer support text messages from Bad Idea Supply (Bad Idea Holdings LLC) about your order or question. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.” Saying yes is your consent to receive our text replies at the number you called from. We never text anyone who has not opted in one of these two ways, and we never add your number to a marketing list.
  • What we send: replies from our support team about your own order or question, such as order status, shipping and tracking, returns and replacements, and product answers. We never send marketing or promotional messages by text.
  • Message frequency: varies with your conversation.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
  • To stop: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
  • For help: reply HELP, or email help@badideasupply.com.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
